Dear Guests,
We are delighted to welcome you to our Off White Domki resort.
Thank you for choosing our place for your vacation.
We will make every effort to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.
To achieve this goal, among other things, we have established the following regulations to ensure efficient organization and contribute to your complete satisfaction with your choice.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS
1. Preliminary reservations made by phone or email must be confirmed by making a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount into the Off White Domki resort's bank account:

If the deposit is not made within one working day, the reservation will be canceled.
2. The remaining 70% of the service fee must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival. Failure to make this payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
3. The local tourist tax can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival when handing over the keys, according to the rate determined by the Municipal Office in Darłowo.
4. For reservations made less than 21 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the reservation value must be paid.
5. During high season (July-August) and holiday periods, the deposit is non-refundable. If a fully paid reservation is canceled, it will be canceled and re-sold. If the full period of the reservation is successfully resold, a refund of up to 70% of the payment will be made within 14 working days after the end of the reservation period.
6. Outside of the high season and holiday periods, if you cancel your reservation at least one day before the reservation date, the payment will be fully refunded.
7. Changing the stay dates is possible subject to availability. The amount for the unused period will not be refunded.
8. Reservations made through tourist agencies (e.g., booking.com, nocowanie.pl) are subject to payment rules determined by those agencies.
9. To receive a VAT invoice for the services provided, you must provide the VAT number and customer data at the time of booking. Failure to provide this information during the booking process will prevent the issuance of an invoice.
10 Payment of the deposit to our corporate account or through intermediary tourist companies signifies the conclusion of an agreement for the stay at our resort within the specified period and confirms that all persons covered by the reservation have read and accepted this regulation.
HOTEL DAY AND CHECK-IN
1. On the day of arrival, guests must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport).
2. The hotel day begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.
Failure to vacate the cottage and return the keys by 10:00 will result in an additional night's charge and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.
3. Upon availability, houses may be made available earlier than the specified time of 16:00.
Please arrange any earlier arrivals by phone.
4. Upon check-in, a refundable cash deposit of PLN 400 will be collected as security against possible damages during the stay.
5. The deposit will be settled within 7 days from the end of the stay (by bank transfer to the guest's bank account) or upon check-out (after confirming no damage to the cottage by the guest).
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handover and return of the cottage must be done in the presence of resort staff.
On the day of arrival, guests are required to check for any damages or deficiencies in the equipment listed in the Cottage Equipment Card. Any damages or deficiencies must be reported on the day of check-in.
2. Please report any damages or other inconveniences immediately upon discovery during your stay.
3. Guests are fully financially responsible for damages to the houses, equipment, technical devices, or infrastructure of the property resulting from misuse or improper use, as well as for actions of persons for whom they are responsible.
4. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damages caused by children.
5. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety of their children and must ensure supervision, especially during the use of the resort's facilities, playground, playroom, designated grilling areas, and bonfires.
Legal guardians are liable for any injuries or damages to the health of children.
Owners are not liable for accidents on the resort premises.
6. The price of services provided by the owners does not include insurance. It is recommended to arrange insurance for the duration of the stay.
7. Smoking and fish frying inside the houses are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this rule will require ozone treatment of the cottage (to remove unpleasant odors) at the tenant's expense at a rate of PLN 10 per m2 of usable space.
8. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas on the resort premises (smoking area).
9. Grilling and bonfires are permitted only in designated areas on the resort premises. Grilling on the terrace, sidewalks, and wooden surfaces is prohibited.
10. The use of heaters, radiators, and other electrical devices not included in the cottage's equipment is prohibited.
11. Houses are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a security service intervention triggered by a fire alarm due to tenant reasons (smoking, use of open fire, or other smoke-producing means), the costs of the security service intervention will be borne by the Tenant.
12. In case of losing the cottage key or gate remote control, the guest will be required to pay PLN 60 for the key and PLN 200 for the remote control.
13. Only registered persons may stay on the resort premises.
14. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 7:00 for the comfort of all guests.
15. Guests should ensure that their behavior does not disturb other guests.
16. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs or those behaving aggressively and vulgarly.
17. For the comfort of all guests, mattress protectors are provided in all houses. In case of mattress stains or wetness, replacement will be necessary, and the costs will be borne by the Tenant.
18. Using the sofa for sleeping is prohibited. Any soiling will result in laundry costs. Wetting will require cleaning or replacement of the seat cushions by the Tenant.
19. On the day of departure, the Tenant must leave the cottage clean, including washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and removing all waste. In case of significant violations, the Tenant will be charged an additional cleaning fee of PLN 200.
The amount will be deducted from the deposit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. During high season (July, August), we offer weekly stays (7, 14, ... days) from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday (shorter stays are sold only subject to availability). Outside the season, minimum stays are 3 days.
2. Guests using the resort's services are required to comply with the provisions of this regulation, general safety conditions, fire regulations, and to follow requests from the resort owners/management in exceptional situations.
3. Guests consent to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of booking and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. Guests have the right to access and update their personal data.
4. Waste sorting is mandatory on the resort premises. Please dispose of waste in designated containers.
5. Bed linen (PLN 50/set) and towels (PLN 10/piece) can be exchanged.
6. One parking space is provided per cottage in the unguarded parking area on the resort premises. Additional parking space costs PLN 30 per day.
7. We are not responsible for valuables left in the houses or on the resort premises, or for parked cars.
8. The resort owner is not liable for temporary inconveniences caused by independent suppliers, such as temporary water or power outages, or internet access issues.
9. Persons violating the provisions of this regulation will be required to leave the premises without refunding the costs incurred.

11. Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding the provision of services by the Service Provider not in accordance with the conditions and rules specified in the Regulations.
Complaints will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt. Complaints must be submitted via email to: wwart.biuro@gmail.com
